The architect was asked to create a very formal home that garners respect from visitors with a very formal area to greet and entertain them.   But also, create the private family area where relaxation comes easily and comfort is invited.   These elements were achieved easily within this home that enjoys many special features including a Mahj Jong room with adjacent kitchenette, theater and exercise room.  Ceilings are elevated and decorative, remaining true to its historical reference.
